Echo Claustrophobia

You have fallen into a cave and hurt yourself badly, however in the progress of getting hurt you have gained the ability to see sound and the echo of whatever you do, walking, throwing items, making a sound yourself, anything.

You will have to walk, crawl and jump through multiple cave segments while also experiencing difficulties in getting your mind straight, you go insane as you play the game and you start to see / hear things what you would not have seen before and before you get a good glimpse on what it could be, it's gone.
